Sreesanth was a great player who played all the three formats for India. He was in squad that lifted 2007 ICC T20 World Cup and 2011 ICC World Cup. 
he was a right arm fast bowler who used to swing the new ball. By nature, he was very aggressive and that attitude reflected his bowling style as well.

he was doing well for India and in domestic cricket as well, but in 2013 he was caught in a match fixing scandal which resulted in his life ban, however, this life ban lifted after 6 years.

Women’s premier league is the franchise cricket for women in India. In this tournament, both overseas and domestic players participate. In total there are 5 teams- Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants and UP Warriors. So far, 2 seasons have held, the first one was won by Mumbai Indians and the second one by Royal Challengers Bangalore. They both defeated Delhi Capitals in the final to clinch the trophy.

The tournament is held annually in a round robin format and it is a great chance for players to demonstrate their capabilities. The scouts of the teams pick players and thus they help in giving recognition to the untapped talent.
