In 2015, in the cricket heartland of Meerut, India - a young first-generation entrepreneur, Bhavya Bharadwaj, set out on a journey that began not with a business plan, but with pure curiosity and obsession.
What started as a small idea to create cricket equipment under our own brand name soon turned into a relentless pursuit of perfection.
With no blueprint to follow, Bhavya Bharadwaj began from scratch - driven purely by passion and a desire to redefine what quality truly means in cricket. He built ZAP from the ground up, spending endless days in workshops, perfecting every curve of a bat, every stitch of a glove, leather development of cricket balls and every detail a cricketer would feel on the field.
Each ZAP product you see today is the result of years of obsession, precision, and relentless improvement. From the balance of a bat to the comfort of a glove to the performance of a cricket ball, nothing is accidental - everything is engineered with purpose.
Shortly after, in 2021, Ashish Garg after graduating from MICA Ahmedabad, joined the journey - bringing not just his passion as a sportsperson but also hands-on experience in marketing and branding.
What began as a humble workshop in Meerut has grown into a brand trusted by players worldwide - yet the philosophy remains unchanged: Create without compromise. Craft without shortcuts. Deliver only excellence.
