At ZAP Cricket, we love and respect the game — and every cricketer who plays it! Here's our straightforward shipping policy to help you shop confidently.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)
1. Free shipping on all orders across PAN India.
2. We’ve instructed our courier partners to offer safe, no-contact delivery, suspending the need for physical signatures post-COVID.
3. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually shipped the next business day, but may take 1–2 business days to process.
4. Couriers Used: We primarily use Bluedart and Delhivery, and occasionally other trusted partners for remote serviceable pincodes.
5. A tracking link is shared via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
🌍 International Shipping
1. Yes, we ship internationally!
2. International orders are fulfilled via reputed global couriers like DHL, FedEx International, or Aramex.
3. Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
4. Delivery Time: Typically 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.
5. Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes at the destination.
Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is shipped.
🎯 Customized Orders
1. Customizations (e.g., engraving, handle modifications) may require 1–2 weeks for production.
2. Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable, unless proven defective after inspection by our Product Assessment Team.
3. Always double-check your customization options before placing the order.
4. If ZAP has incorrectly customized your product against your confirmed instructions, we’ll happily replace it.
❌ Canceling Orders
For Registered Users:
1. Log in and select "My Account" from the Quick Links menu.
2. Open your Order History and find the item you want to cancel.
3. Choose Edit or Cancel from the menu.
4. Follow the prompts in the new window.
⚠️ Note: We process & ship orders within 24 hours. If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
📦 Refused Deliveries, Incorrect Address, or Unclaimed Packages
1. If a delivery is refused, undelivered due to incorrect address, or not claimed from the courier’s facility, it will be returned to our warehouse.
2. In such cases, you may be charged a re-shipment or handling fee.
📍 Tracking Orders
1. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
2. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your ZAP Cricket account.
🛒 Marketplace Orders
1. For orders placed via third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ZAP does not directly control the fulfillment process.
2. For any delivery issues, please reach out to us, and we’ll help coordinate with the respective marketplace support team.
